Where is my website actually hosted?

Websites and email are stored on separate infrastructure, so a busy website never slows your mail down and a mail problem never takes the website offline. If you need a server nearer customers abroad, our VPS range is also available in the USA and Singapore.
Do I own my domain name?
Yes. Domains are registered in your name, with your details as the registrant. If you ever leave, the transfer code goes out the same day you ask — without a retention call.
Will you move my existing website and email?
Yes, free, with no downtime. We copy everything to a private test address, you check it, and only then do we switch the DNS. Your site stays live the whole time.
What happens if something breaks?
We can put your site back to any day in the last 30, free — and with Timeline Backups Pro, your email too. You talk to the same small team every time, not a queue.
Is there a contract?
No. Hosting is monthly and you can stop at the end of any billing period. Domains are yearly because registries work that way.
